Open Enrollment

Don’t Miss Your Chance to Enroll or Change Your Benefits

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to make changes to your benefits for the upcoming year. The elections you make during Open Enrollment will remain in effect January 1 – December 31, 2026 unless you experience a qualified change in status (such as marriage, birth or adoption of a child, etc.).

Take Action!

Take time to confirm that your current elections, dependents, and beneficiaries still meet your needs, and make any necessary updates, such as:

  • Switching medical plans
  • Adding or dropping dependents or beneficiaries
  • Re-enrolling in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
  • Enrolling in voluntary benefits

We encourage you to review your options early and set a reminder to complete your enrollment before the deadline. If you take no action, your current elections and covered dependents will automatically roll over into 2026. The exception is your Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). To continue coverage, you must re-enroll each year for Healthcare, Dependent Care, and Limited Purpose FSA plans.

Select Your 2026 Coverage

Decide if you need to make changes to your current benefits, want to enroll in a new plan, or contribute to an FSA or HSA for 2026. If you’re adding any dependents to your coverage, make sure you have all the information you’ll need – date of birth, Social Security number, and supporting documentation.

Confirm Your Beneficiaries

It’s important to review your beneficiary information on an annual basis. Be sure to review your assigned beneficiaries on your Basic and Voluntary Life Insurance plans during open enrollment.

Enroll in Benefits

Set a reminder on your calendar to enroll early – beginning October 27. Remember, November 7 is the deadline.
